Presently Working as BSS Engineer at Huawei Pakistan in CM Pak swap Project September 2011-Present.

Responsibilities:

· Call testing and loop testing through I-Manager M2000.

· Loading and activation of software’s on BTS boards through I-M2000.

· Trouble shooting of sites having call muting problems

· Provide technical support to on-field BSS installation engineers and resolves their issues.

· Rehoming and media shifting activities during outage hours.

· KPIs and Stats Monitoring in OMC-R, Troubleshooting of the Network issues Alarm configuration and monitoring.

· To coordinate with field teams for troubleshooting.

Ø Working as RF Engineer (Drive Testing) in Myson Pakistan from December 2010 to June 2011.

• To perform Drive Test for 2G/UMTS Services by using TEMS investigation.
• To perform Cluster Drive and Post Processing of Log Files.
• Attend Customer Complaints.
• Neighbor Deletion and keep monitoring of HO Performance.
• Making Drive testing report.
