* Troubleshooting of cell sites, which include Corrective, and

* Receiving and closing Trouble Tickets (TT) within time.

* Have work on Alcatel BTS and well known about all BSS

Issues like off line commissioning, recreating sectors etc.

*Have work on NEC all types links NEO, MX, STM-1& XPIC.

* Basic Knowledge of Alcatel BSC (MX), G2 & its Operation.

* * Well known about all types of site Power issues.
