Scope: Service DeliveryResponsible for identifying the gaps in Temenos proposal and estimate the effort needed for change management tasks. Also will be responsible for reviewing proposals, identify gaps against system requirements, and produce WBS and estimates for the work required for change management.
Primary Tasks •Establish the inventory of processes impacted by Front-End implementation •Provide input to Logica project manager to finalize the implementation plan •Temenos’, Logica’s and QIB’s statements of work for the implementation •Define the effort and plan related to change management activities (Business Process Modelling, Training, Communication, Deployment) •University educated
Experience: •Experienced in delivering fixed price projects •Experience with process modeling •Experience with Training •Experience with Communication
Technical Skills: •Must have knowledge of the banking business and processes •Understanding of core banking systems (preferably Temenos T24) •Ability to produce WBS and estimates
