Experienced BSS engineer
Able to make FlexiBSC (or BSC3i) commissioning & integration (A interface, SS7, Sigtran, GB over IP, Abis) Has integrated minimum 5 BSCs (FlexiBSC or BSC3i) Can make advanced troubleshooting on BSC. Minimum 3 years of experience with BSC. Preferred to have RNC experience (able to make RNC commissioning & integration Iu-CS, Iu-PS, IuR, IuB)
